Chip Miller passed away just three months after being diagnosed with Amyloidosis. The Chip Miller Charitable Foundation was formed to raise funds for the research, education and awareness of Amyloidosis and related diseases. His family and close friends will continue his legacy to help raise awareness of this deadly disease.
